Delivery and payment

How an order works

• You add items to the cart and check out: enter your name, phone, email and delivery address.
• Your order gets a number, and you can open it on the order page.
• A manager contacts you to confirm the items, availability, price and delivery terms.
• After confirmation you receive payment details, and then the order is handed over for delivery.

Delivery

Delivery method, time and cost depend on the address, size and weight of the order. They are confirmed by a manager before payment.

If you want to discuss delivery in advance, add your wishes to the Comment field at checkout.

Payment

The payment method is agreed when the order is confirmed. The final amount to pay is stated by the manager before payment.

An order is considered paid once the funds are received; the payment status is shown on the order page.

Receiving and checking your order

When you receive the parcel, check that the contents are complete and the packaging is intact. If you notice damage or a mismatch with your order, tell us as soon as possible and keep the packaging and photos, which makes it faster to resolve.
