Terms of sale (public offer)

Subject

The seller supplies the goods you select on the site, and the buyer accepts and pays for them on the terms below.

Placing an order

• Orders are placed on the site: the buyer selects items and provides accurate contact details and a delivery address.
• Placing an order means the buyer agrees to these terms and to the privacy policy.
• An order is confirmed once a manager agrees the items, availability, final price and delivery terms with the buyer.

Prices and availability

Prices and availability are shown on product pages. If an item is out of stock or the price has changed, the manager will say so when confirming the order, and the buyer may change or cancel the order.

Payment

The payment method and details are provided when the order is confirmed. The payment status is shown on the order page.

Delivery

Delivery method, time and cost are confirmed with the order. See the Delivery and payment page for details.

Returns and exchange

Returns and exchanges are described on the Returns and exchange page and are governed by consumer protection law.

Liability and disputes

The parties perform their obligations in accordance with the law. We try to resolve all issues through negotiation; if agreement is not reached, the dispute is resolved as provided by law.

Changes to the terms

The seller may change these terms. An order is governed by the terms published on the site when it was placed.
