This policy explains what personal data Pneumatics Store (“we”) receives through the Pneumatics Store website and how it is used.

We collect only the data you provide when placing an order:

- phone number;

- delivery address;
- the order comment, if you leave one.

The data is used only to fulfil your order:
- to contact you to confirm the order;
- to prepare the order and hand it over for delivery;
- to send payment details and tell you the order status;
- to handle your requests about returns, exchanges and product quality.

We do not sell your data. It may be shared only with organisations the order cannot be fulfilled without (for example a delivery service or a payment service), and only to the extent needed to fulfil the order. Data may also be disclosed when required by law.
A notification about each new request (items, name, phone, email, address and comment) is sent automatically to the store’s staff in the Telegram messenger so the request can be handled quickly.
Legal basis and retention
Data is processed with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box when you send a request, and to fulfil the order. We keep it until the order is fulfilled and for the period required by law (for example for accounting), and then delete or anonymise it.
Storage and protection
Order data is stored on the store’s server for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet legal obligations. We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not connect statistics services.
Your cart is kept in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) on your device so that it is not lost when the page reloads. You can clear it in your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
In accordance with personal data law you may:
- find out what data of yours we hold;
- ask us to correct, update or delete it;
- withdraw your consent to processing, where this does not prevent fulfilling an order already placed or meeting legal requirements.
